Nobody seemed to like it? Have you been living under a rock?
The experts had is as the winner, people from different countries involved in the ESC had is as a favourite and based on reaction I've read on the internet many seemed to like the song.

It won because it was the best.

I actually liked the one from serbia best.
Well you know because some lame experts like it the rest of europe does not have to like it as well.

No, but surprisingly often the experts are correct.

As for Serbia, I liked it as well. It might only be something like the fourth best ballad they've sent, but it's still really good. Which says a lot about the quality from Serbia I guess.
The guy who sang the years song also wrote "Leila" which is one of my all time favourite ESC songs.

i didn`t watch it, i just saw the final table but, seriously, russia the 2`nd? it`s fun to watch them, it`s amusing , but this was suppose to be an international contest...next time maybe romania will send a bunch of 2 years old kids to sing there, i bet they have big chances in winning the final...

i think sweden had a pretty decent song, and deserved to win...also i liked belarus, moldova, germany-kinda rememberd me of coldplay, greece ...cyprus girl had a poor voice, romania also a weak song

It won because it was different from others, there were quite a few songs that were as good. But yes, it was a good song and i dont deny that. I just think it won so easily because of publicity, not because it was so much better than others :)
It won because it was the best.

In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

The electro did the job, I actually did like the swedish song. Although I don't know why malta finished so far it was also one of my favourits :-)

It won because it was the best.

I can agree with that. But "being the best" does not mean it's good. The other songs were bad as well. Sweden might indeed have been the best of all those bad songs.

I might be a little harsh. Sweden's song wasn't awful...but it's not good enough to be a ESC-winner. I expect higher quality from winning songs.
