Yes, I meant Balkan countries political voting not Montenegro win...Due to it, every year there are some Balkan country in top despite how good that song really is.
more votes will go for Serbia than Montenegro... I am pretty sure about it

And you deserve it. Brilliant song with an amazing singer. One of my favourites this year. But I hope Sweden wins ;)
You could argue that holding events like ESC and Euro 2012 in countries with questionable relationships to human rights could improve the human rights situation in these countries simply due to the world focusing on them - including their human rights issues - which in turn could empower the opposition and human rights groups.

Cyprus has the best song in our history but the winner is Sweden Their song its awesome :)
