Subject: Ready for the most racist tournament ever?
You know nothing about my environment. If anything, I was raised in a tolerant family, whether it's abotu race, religion or sexual orientation. As for my friends, none of the is xenophobic, racist etc. I've got to know Jews, Asians, Turks and black people at my studies - at home parties etc.
Seriously, I don't know even one person that is racist, antisemitic or homophobic. So please, the fact that you grew up in a racist family doesn't mean that I did, just because Lietuva is close to Poland.
I'm not trying to defend anyone - please show me exactly where I did. You're the worst type of discussion partner - you ignore what is written to you, you don't relate to what is written, you just tend to write something that is supposed to be clever and based on your experience. EOT from my side, bye.

ps. the condescending tone makes you sound like a total douche, good luck with that.
borkos and the rest of the polish crew are trying to defend those people because they think we attack them..
do we defend people that do "sieg heil" etc?!
we just don't wanna you to identify them with all polish supporters!
is wayyyyyyy much further from the line in a western world...
lol, wrote by guy from lithuania...
by the way - so i choose my "backward" eastern world, without closing someone's mouth in the name of freedom of speech and tolerance.
i'm sayin that again - I DO NOT DEFEND THAT HITLER THING!
but i just try to point one thing, i mean most of users' attitude: "naaaah! that's bad! KILL THEM! BLAME ALL THE OTHERS! DISCREDIT THEM!"
just like during stalin times...
and we cant blame him in any case.. u cant be much different if u grow up in such environment
lol why do u keep writing about him/us like he/we were retarded?
yahoo and some other, who basically put all their effort trying to justify their actions
do i justify anyone? dude, please... do u really don't understand what i try to tell here?

You see, there are lots of black, Turkish etc. people in Poland. I've got to know a couple of then in Warsaw and I haven't heard a SINGLE complaint. A SINGLE one. And everytime I asked how they feel in Warsaw because I was quite curious about it. Everyone was feeling good and accepted at the uni, at parties etc.
My friend married an Asian woman and they live together in Poland. She says that she has never been so happy before.
Have you even been to Warsaw, or Cracow in last 10 years...?

but then i come for the first time after studies in UK
In England, they take racism very very serious. A bit too serious if you ask me. I'm against politically hypercorrect thinking. That's why I like 'pigmenthandicapts' instead of n... Is it racism? No. Just a big 'screw you' against politically correct thinking ;-)
Though you don't know in what environment Borkos and Yahoo grew up ;-)

I guess that's the main thing - in contrary to Lietuva, I don't have to imagine finding a black girlfriend abroad, I can without problem find one in Poland.
Talking about narrow horizons...

now tell me where exactly did i rule out racism problem in Lithuania?
But one fact is true for sure, ud never see things like that in Lithuanian stadiums or basketball courts... i guess its because more black people play basketball in Lithuania for ages now, and people just got used to them

im talking of a much wider environment than family.. that is eastern european environment, and i know exactly how it is...
sry, quoted too little of your text
i wrote it in relation to those words: the line where he starts thinking of it as a problem is wayyyyyyy much further from the line in a western world...
and i'm talkin that you write it as you were from "that western world" ;)

There is a reason why I opposed the acceptance of Eastern Europe into EU. But I'm stopping here, it's too off-topic.
well and basically, family has a little role in matters like that (in my opinion)... If ur family was the only racist in the surrounding areas ud still end up not being racist most of the times... while if its the other way round...
well i lived my life in both
thanks for information
dont u think its the best way of practical knowledge?
that was unnecessary
@rubinho:
you tried too weak :(( unfortunately...

This is my opinion about the subject.
I do believe that racism etc is a big problem in Poland/Ukraine football stadiums that doenst mean that this happen in every game or all black/jew people get to experience it.
I do think it possible like borkos wrote that some or maybe even most people never face these kind of racism. But let's put it this way : if you get in the wrong place and time youre most likely "fuc***" , in in my humble opinion the chance of getting in a situation like this is more likely then in a western-european country.
THe Polish FA is the one that is causing the problems here, they should react properly when people do hitler/roman salut or any other kind of racism.
Do I think it's safe in Poland/Ukraine Euro 2012 ? For most people it likely is(altough I do believe that there will be more little incidents then normal but the maybe will be tried to cover up by police trying to avoid bad media), But don't gey yourself in the wrong situation and time;)
GO Hollanda;)

Of course there is racism, and it is a big problem, everywere in Italy, England, Spain... everywere - no one is denying that.
Of course this kind of behaviour doesn't lead anywere good and unfortunately as stability is falling in the world, these idiots grow in numbers, but its still a minority also in Poland or Ukraine, and it is being dealt with by all governaments, according to their (often financial, currently declining) power.
My piont was that lack of education (money for it) was the cause behind this stupidity, which leads to actual racism - racism which does happen - by not nearly as often, as this crap movie states.
Zeig Heil saluting in every Ukrainian game... come on, its made up on the spot, they do even bother with the actual numbers, they just say what suits their propagandist agenda.
I fact this movie is 100% racist towards Polish and Ukrainian football fans (whom of the BIG majority is innosent - what about them?), this movie is distorting objective(or as close it can get to) reality.
And usually when you don't know what something is about, its about money, its only natural that in poorer countries *an the further east you go in europe - the poorer they get, governaments will have less financial power to battle this issiue, as for this program, is not journalism, its just propaganda that doesn't do any good, and only fuels the problem... of division, when un-truthfull arguments are used for serious matter.
Its the same as if al jazzera or some important for example Chinese boradcaster made a movie with the agenda for not going to London for the olympics... beacuse of, lets say... violence, (or racism, makes no difference) and showing 3 times the same sceen of the london riots from last summer, anyone with any sense - can see its nonsense, i my view. Getting worked up about it only makes it "see more light" in the minds of people with no pre conceptions on these subjects.
Like "all Ukrainian football fans are racist" are thery really?
