Either Italy was superb today, or the Germans thought it would be an easy match, like us. Either way, Germans were unprepared for todays match and Italy played 2 matches in a row superb.

Germans were prepared ... but they changed tactics to Italians (Kroos as 4th mid to counter square of Italy) instead of going for their own strength.

Basically they played like shit the whole 1st half and therefore lost.

Agree on that, Germany underestimated Italy. German defense was pretty bad today, too many mistakes, too many lost balls.

Italy deserved to win today!

Considering the we managed to score two goals, Germany should have covered their defensive weaknesses. They didnt and Cassano, Pirlo, Baloteli punished them. I really expected from Germany to play better.

as usually, the whole world keep stating that Germany is so enormously better then Italy...and as usually Italy wins against Germany.
Unfortunately I could see only the 2° half of the match, so I don't know if in the first half it was different, but in the 2° half Italy played a lot better the Germany, I think we deserved to go to the final.

It's hard to tell from 45 of 90 minutes which team was better, heh? ;-)
Germany dominated the game but made some substantial mistakes. Italy was everything but the better team. Germany simply walked right into Prandelli's trap. It's hard to play a good game with two goals down and a very defensive Italy only waiting for counter-attacks.

Italy is going to win the cup. They know how play Spain.

so you mean that in the first half (when we scored) germany domniated Italy?...because in the 2° half Germany appeared to be incapable to do anything against Italy which kept attacking more then Germany even if Italy was winning. Perhaps our way to attack is not considered a way to attack?
