Well if you have it in the autumn you can try to go under a sunbank for one hour a week or something. And for the others season chancing can have influence on your body. On some persons it can have big influence.
I still think that a taste of vodka or tequila every morning( sure you need selfcontrol to do this if you want to keep it safe, but if you are a cholo you know how to deal with it) it will help you regain the power back.
what is sunbank? or you meant sunbathing?

Ow can be it is not perfect english.
no I did mean a bed with lights above you for getting a tan. Maybe you are right and does he not need this, because he lives in Turkey and can go sunbathing. the sun/light has vitamins what can help him.

lol :P That's exactly the same (or even a worse advice if you ask me) as taking medicines to fight the symptoms instead of going to a doctor to find the cause and cure it.

what was funny, it was ... at 8 and return at 10 pm or later
I wanted to post something the same, but a bit different :) I also suffered from fatigue a while ago, probably (or surely) also because of laziness and not eating well enough, but it's gone now that I do fitness 3 or 4 days a week for 1.5h to 2h a day. By doing sports your brains produce happiness hormones such as endorphin and serotonin which will help you to get back your energy and also reduces the stresslevel so better sleep at night.
EDIT: and I forgot about taking care of yourself with healty food, a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables (at least 2 pieces of fruit and 200gr vegetables a day) with fish or low-fat meats, enough proteins and healthy carbohydrates and as little sugar as possible, it is already in the fruits and vegetables (sugar like sodas is fake energy, it only drains energy) and drink about 2 liter water a day (8 to 10 glasses). This way vitamin supplements aren't needed at all as you get your daily nutrients from your food.
And don't eat before going to bed, this way you don't sleep to well as your body is still digesting.

Alcohol is a depressant, which means it slows the function of the central nervous system. Alcohol actually blocks some of the messages trying to get to the brain,so your brain don't recive messages about tiredness, alcohol clean your organism from bacteria, what i'm saying, not to drink until you pass out, just to taste, you know in very small amount, sure, drinking is very dangerous, but if you know what are you doing it can be helpful, and can warm your body.
don't confuse tiredness with relaxing atmosphere.
this is not a recomandation, is an opinion.

A bit of alcohol can be good for you, but try to explain to your boss why you smell of rum when coming to work in the morning :P I go for sports and healthy food ;)
Enough tips can be found on the internet to get more energy from food, this is one of those sites: www.mindbodygreen.com - 7 Food Tips for More Energy
EDIT: oh, something else positive taking care of yourself with sports and healthy food, you don't only feel better, but will also look better after a while ;D

The fact that alcohol is a neuro inhibitor may actually make the fatigue even worse. Also, the warming effect of alcohol is a myth. It makes you "feel" warmer but it actually reduces your body temperature by increasing heat loss in your body.
I'm with Charles here. Exercise might boost your thyroxine, dopamine (specially if you use your legs) and testosterone levels, giving you a boost of energy and a happier mood.

That's also true :)
Another thing is sleep, already mentioned a little by Bolec. An average adult needs about 7.5h sleep per night, an average adolescent about 9h per night, but even more important are good sleep cycles (90 minutes per cycle). And about this cycle, if you get up between 2 cycles you will feel much more sleepy as when you wake up at the end of a cycle. There are (free) sleep cycle apps that can help you to wake up at the best moment in the morning :)
And ofcourse also important is a good day-night rhythm (your biological clock), this will also make you to feel more energetic. So during the weekends going to bed at 6 in the morning and coming out of bed at the beginning of midday, will mess up your biological clock. This isn't really a problem during the weekends for those who aren't feeling fatigue, but for those who do it's not to smart to this during this time of fatigue.
Oh, and something almost obvious you would forget about it. Make sure you have a good bed and specially a good mattress! :D
If all these things in the posts above aren't working, you should really consider to go to the doctor as it could also be something like Infectious mononucleosis (Pfeiffer's disease), also known as the kissing disease. One of the well known symptoms is fatigue for a longer period of time.

@manualex: Nope, it's been known for long but I love them :)
@Charles Hill: Since the time in sleeping cycles varies between different people I'd just like to add that if you adjust your circadian rythm (your biological clock) by going to sleep and wake up in a regular pattern, you can wake up without using an alarm clock (I used to do it last year) and your body automatically wakes up, without the use of any app, at the end of a sleeping cycle.
If you have to wake up at 6 AM and you go to sleep at 10-11 PM everyday, your body will adjust the cycle times and wake up automatically between 5:55 and 6:05. You have to use an alarm clock the first days, but then you're all done. I used to do it last year and it was amazing. I had such good sleeping patterns and wake ups that I could go from taking 3-4 full cups of coffee to stay alive to 100% caffeine free :)

That's absolutely true, but when suffering from fatigue it's a bit more difficult to get this biological clock to work.
