I'm a traveler ... load luggage on the bike and try adventures :) it is my search engine :) I have traveled throughout Europe and several countries in the Middle East ;-) my last trip was Transylvania (Romania) and the Wine Route (czech republic) ... here is a short video from czech republic

Because the river is so big and it divides to countries it has to be either the Rhine or the Danube. Probably Danube, in Vienna the Danube is still smaller, so it has to be further south, so I would go with the border of Hungary and Slovakia. That is the best guess I have.
