that was a phoenician settlement, which is not exactly a greek settlement, I never was there, but since it was totally destroyed by rome, I doubt there are much ruins left, but who knows.

as for greek settlements that could range from the black sea to half of the mediteranian sea.

So I would go for a greek settlement in Bulgaria.

About carthage, I think there is actually a pretty famous quote from a roman historian that rome burned the city to the ground, enslaved the people and then salted the whole area. Don't remember it exactly though.
