Track and field association had a really big bunch of new athletes than normally in the time when Kim Gevaert and Tia Hellebaut got those medals on EK / WK and the Olympics.

Same with or Tennis federation with Kim and JuJu.

Also They Hockey fed has a lot more players now ;)

And even more amazing, 11 of all 12 medals that are won with men's speed skating are won by Dutch. Denny Morrison from Canada is the first non-Dutch who won a (silver) medal today :P
