I still learning, 2 months since i registred.
In sumary, you have to earn money by 3 things:
You need to use all kinds of strategy when scaling the team, not to lose one type of sponsorship. You must assign as often as possible the players' training skills. Each day of the week you gain 1 skill point. If you accumulate 5 pts in a week for example, without assigning a skill, you lose another type of sponsorship. Another way to make money is by voting in the game every day.
The interesting thing at the beginning of the game is to set up a team of 11 inexpensive old players, and gradually buy young people with an interesting sum of skills. I adopt 18 years beginning of season, 125 sum. than each year are 25 skill points possible to be trained each season.
Some players have talent that is an extra percentage in some skill (usually more expensive).
When you are going to chose wich player will play in each position, each quadrant you will notice what skills that position will need. For example, in the attack, it will require finalization, dribbling and precision. Strength and speed is good at all, and as the limit is 20 it is good to train until you reach 20 soon ...
Little by little we are talking more ...

No stadium so no gate receipts
So far every game I've seen has had a rugby score
Match animations would be better disabled just now as they are utterly farcical, maybe in time this could be ok but for now I would certainly say don't waste your time

The game is interesting, only for those who like challenges, at first I also thought like you but today I am more addicted to the Goleada than Sokker.
