I was just trying to wind-up Sgod; a story appeared last week that Newcastle was Berbatov's favourite club, he even had a newcastle shirt with his name on it when he played as a kid.

That immediately translated into Berbatov wants to play for Newcastle according to some British press. :)

Dyer - where was he for 90% of the game? I only saw him, when ball bounced from him...or when he gone for the glory, when he didn't pass to Martins when 1 on 1...

Thnx! It was a great match, tactically dangerous however by Van Gaal with 5 strikers in the line-up, but well ok, it worked out fine. Especially a great match by Ryan Donk and Kew Jaliens, who played very well with their offside trap against Sibierski and Martins.

I think Emre should have started for Newcastle, still a great player, he could have made the difference. But the coach wanted to play for 0-0 I guess? Well, I warned him last week already that it's dangerous to do this against AZ, as they always score (below average today however).

It's not too good idea to play defensively, when your defence is the weakest side, eh? I guess Roeder haven't heard about that ;)

Problems in defence, Huntington is a central def, 21yo afair, and he had to play as wing def...NuFC is having injury problems for 2 seasons now.
