It's not a joke, the three bids where one of them will host the 2012 tournament are;

Italy
Hungary/Croatia
Poland/Ukraine

I don`t like to have EURO 2012 in Italy, because of all the football scandals down there lately..! Sorry Italiens, but that is my opinion.

They withdrew the bid a long time ago. Norway/Sweden will make a bid for the 2016 tournament.

Also Turkey will make a bid for Euro 2016 ;)
