imo yes, you can do a chicken dance in PES 2011..just go to edit motion you'll see that motion in there..
Been playing PES for long time without even touching FIFA. I saw the quite good reviews and notes like best FIFA ever so i bought the game. It was huge disappointment, the tackling is utterly ridicilous so i have no time to pull off any moves 1v1. Going with PES at least for the next few years! (I played the xbox360 version)
