anybody know, what are the legal consequences of graffiti (for example: on the private house or bus stop) in germany?

It depends as often in law.
Depends on if you are still under 18 or 21, where you did your graffiti and so on.
Basically usually you have to repay with money but it can be up to 2 or 3 years sentence. It depends.
