let's try to explain that (remember english isn't my language ;))
First, when a team is much better than another and dominate in match, i don't found réalistic a draw, hum, no i don't found realistic that much draw. and too much bars.
Second, the match viewer is a good idea, but when an alone player, without an oppenent around put the ball directly out... or when a scorer, going alone for goal make sudenly a pass to a teammate on defense, it's funny one time but... not realist
Third- Having a new team on season start, then put a lot of money to find a real good trainer (18000 per week) and having no up since 8 week (ho, god i got a change on a player: he lost one level stamina!!)---> get furious, and 'till that money get out again and again..
Fourth- Put some money in formation center, then a young player come with very good as level. Great! my money seems not be so lost. Then that player come around and... have not carac highter than mediocre (all other was deceiving or desesperate)--->arghh, feel angry again.

ok, understood. It's up to you. There are many mistakes off course (in sokker I mean) and I've been angry for many times as well but I think it's good game however.

In real life better teams draw or lose to weaker team more often than here ;)

It's because of your players skills. They kick it out because of their lack of playmaking skill. Strikers tend to pass the ball behind when they are placed to low in your tactic or they can do silly things with very low playmaking.

There is no need to spend 18000 € on one coach and especially when you are new team. You can get head coach with unearthly skill for less than 6250 € and no pops for 8 weeks show that you have done something wrong :) Maybe you bought yourself head coach with great general appraisal but with low individual skills. Maybe you are training too old players. Maybe your players are to most untalented players in sokker :P
Maybe you don't have plus and you can't see all those pops ;)

I think you are talking about junior school here. You have to understand that junior general skill isn't going to be similar with his real skills :P Junior school is long investment and it pays off in long-term. In my opinion juniors who will come out less than very good are not worth keeping unless they came to your school with few weeks left or they are really talented.
The other thing what might make you think like that about your junior is that you don't know that players with avarage levels in many skills are much better than players with only one very good skill.

I never play football myself, but alone, without an oppenent, i'm able to make a pass in the field.And my play making is very very poor.
