Subject: Vote for sokker !!!
It's because of your players skills. They kick it out because of their lack of playmaking skill. Strikers tend to pass the ball behind when they are placed to low in your tactic or they can do silly things with very low playmaking---> very réalistic !! I never play football myself, but alone, without an oppenent, i'm able to make a pass in the field.And my play making is very very poor.
About the junior, i just keep those who will be released with very good level, and as i said, no good carac...
The other thing what might make you think like that about your junior is that you don't know that players with avarage levels in many skills are much better than players with only one very good skill.---< is a player with desesperate in all carac very good?
Maybe you don't have plus and you can't see all those pops ;)--->i was a plusman 'till this week, but don't tell me about put a penny or cent or nothing else in this game.
And with the old trainer system, you haven't really the choice of your coach's wage, and my coach was real very very good carac.

It isn't real life. If players didn't kick the ball out with low PM skill, what would be the point in the skill?
Just be good at make the good pass, and not just try to pass to spectators. I think a manager game must be close to real life.
