Subject: Drunkness topic
I do indoor rowing. Usually only as a warm up before the proper stuff. I lift weights, mostly.
I know I shouldn't drink before a workout, but it only affects me by reducing my power, which is bad, I admit, but it never becomes dangerous.

If I go to the gym then I mostly do indoor rowing.I'm a bit too young to lift weights.Or so I think
You are never too young to life weights, as long as you can comprehend what you are doing. Probably 14 is about right.
and not too young to get drunk?
