ahh, everything is clear now. :p

in Warsaw you can get a 2-room [+small kitchen and bathroom] for 1600zł-2000zł = 400€-500€

which is quite funny when you consider that many people earn that 'much' monthly :p

Poland doesn't have euro even though we're in the EU for quite some time
GB doesn't have euro as well....
