at the moment we have a problem that we don't have enough quality att's in league and cup games, so it means that my player plays in both of those.
so it means that I have to train fittness 2 days (1 whole day after game) and 1-2 times before the game + having fun training...
so I use about 3-4 days in the fittness training during the week and it's too much.
