Yes it is, but I would like to know something about the first hand experience.

Reading through the terms and conditions, it says at the bottom, that you are reliable for all tax thingies, and that may be the problem!!

I was sceptical, and then read that and though AHHHH, I could get in trouble for it, so I wont be signing up.

I'm there for 2 weeks and it's ok...so try it... but you must have paypal account...but it's easy to make it..
