Well, now I am extremely jelaous:) I don`t train to get muscles, I want them to be useful. Not training that actively anymore. Just don`t have time for it. But still trying to be in good shape, which is difficult considering my nutrition in the last month. My weight is 100 kg.

PS! I think we have same number of muscles. Or you have some new muscle in somewhere that I don´t?:)

I am not sure I am 100kg, but when I weight last day, that number came up. I think I am bit less. I am around 191cm tall and in a pretty good shape. Most people concentrate on their bodyweight to get in better shape. But I am sure I am in better shape with my 100 kilos than most of you around 70:) Can still dunk basketball, do lots of push ups and pull-ups....etc..

pure mathematical calculation of weight and height ratio can't give good insight to ones phisique

i'm 173 with 85kg, though my optimal weight is 82kg. by just comparing numbers one would probably feel i have weight issues, but my body structure is result of sports i trained and i still train. when i go down to 79-80 i can even see my abs :D

rugby or mma (those worked for me, but you may try some other contact and physicaly hard sport) + gym + good food, you'll easily get weight
