I'll take a photo of it tomorrow, someone might recognise it :).

With a sword you mean a scythe?

@Ripp: hottentottententententoonstellingen is one word containing of 6 words:
hotten totten tenten ten toon stellingen

I have that as well. I recently moved to a Dutch speaking region in the Netherlands, but my mothertongue is Frisian and I'm not used to speakind Dutch so I'm often using English words accidentally. One of my most popular is before instead of voorr.

It's definitely a sword.
2007-09-24 23:32:25
Was it a strange looking sword or a sword which is obviously used for fighting?

There is a picture of a man (with a sword!) and horse looking like it is ploughing the field, so that would make sense. It is the most random thing I've ever seen on the front cover of a photo book though!

Definitely, he is ploughing the field, don´t know how you call(in english) the tool to do the ploughing, that´s what he has in his hands.

Maybe that word means: "The man that ploughs the field with his horse" :P Yea, don´t say it, I´m a very perceptive guy. =P

I thought that mr_gibbage was saying that the guy had a sword in his hands, but he never said that, he only said that the guy had a sword, and in fact it´s true the guy has a sword, but in it´s sheath. :P

You can't see if that's a sword and I do not think it is one neither.
2007-09-26 09:30:27
Look at the gap between his arm and you'll see the top part of the sword.
2007-09-26 10:31:51
Yup... sword present!
2007-09-26 12:54:56
It's not very clear and I think it can be anything else.
