Dear aunt Lidia and cousin Marzena:
I hope you remember me,im Ricardo,the grandson of Olga,the sister of your mother.I hope that when this card arrives,you have good health.I want to apologize because of not having any contact with you for a long time.The last time,i was waiting in Brasilia(Brasil) and i had a polish friend who did the translations but,because of family problems,he had to return to Poland and i didnt find a way to continue in contact.

I dont know i you have realised but,since a year ago,im living in Spain where i have enter in a monastery of la Congregacion Benedictina and now im a monk and my new name is Fray Gabriel.I came a year ago and enter in this monastery with a brasilian friend,so i dont feel lonely and im very happy.

The monastery is in the north of Spain,in Galicia,in a town called Samos de la Provincia de Lugo.From here there some important cities like Santiago de Compostela,Coruña or Vigo,big cities with airports.This monastery has 1500 years of history and it was very important,not only beacuse of the territory he had to protect, but for the important people who lived here.In this monastery lived and was educated a prince which was the king of the ancient kingdom of Asturias and he was called Alfonso II.Some writers,bishops and archbishops were here and helped to make this monastery more important.

Well,is not the moment for giving history classes.I only wanted to make you know that this site is wonderful and as i said before im very happy to go in the way of God.

Certainly,i wanted to make you this question from a lot of time ago.¿Where is the region in which you are in Poland?The polish friend who i had in Brasil,when i received your last card,didnt know where was your city.

If you dont have news...my parents are in Brasil y they felt very excited with the letter and the photos you sent.Lots of things have happened.My grandmother died recently,after 6 years of Alzheimer.My parents also had to leave their city and go to other because of the studies of my sister Renata.My mother always speaks well about you ,especially,aunt Lidia,of his mother and always says that she wants to return to Poland to meet another time with all.

I dont want to lose contact,now that im near you.I want to make you know that i really want to know my aunt and cousins.Anyway ,i know that i have to start studying polish to understand better between us.Maybe now that we are in the same continent there would be a possibility to make my dream of embracing reality and we can recuperate the lost time.Maybe there is an opportunity for you to come to the monastery,as i said before there are airports near here or maybe i can go there.A possibility is that this monastery is in the Camino de Santiago,the route which goes to la Tumba del Apóstol.Maybe,i hope God wants,in a Año Santo or if someone makes the route as a pilgrim,we could see each other.
An embrace and all my affection from me and my parents to you.Also for my cousins and i will pray for you.I look arrival for the arrival of your news.
