If there are no other factors, such as irregular shape of the vessal or plug, or movement in the water, then the coriolis effect will produce noticable results. The water will spiral in different directions depending on your hemisphere. However this case can never occur in any bath or toilet because of the weakness of the coriolis force compared with the other factors.
