My best player ASI is 107 374 and he wasnt NT:/
trophymanager is a decent sim...not better then sokker though.
I do have a TM question though. How do you optimize training?
I have coaches with 20 skill in their specialization, and I'm increasing my training facilities as fast as I can. Is there anything else I can do?
Does playing in matches help training?

1. Train players according to their skills (what's highest) but also remember to look at their Favorite Position. I'm training my potential youngsters at their favorite positions. Whether they have good adaptability or not, we don't know cause it's a hidden skill. It's for that reason that I suggest you train your youngsters (and play them) at their favorite position where they will perform best.
2. Invest in your training ground and your training school. In my opinion, training players over 21-22 is not worth it. Once you have a potential youth, you will see the difference between. I've noticed that once they reach 20s, their TI (training intensity) level falls down a lot. Maybe under 10.
3. Coaches need not only specialization (on what they train) but also the highest motivation possible. My coaches are mostly 20/20 (motivation/skill), or 19/19, 18/19. Without motivation, the coach sucks. Simple as that.
4. If you have a high level training grounds and youth squad, also you have potential yougsters (with TI over 30)... I suggest play them instead of ur seniors. Seniors have really high wages. It's not worth keeping them. Sell them, make money (as it will give u some nice monthly interest) and play your youngsters. I'm in my second season of playing my youngsters and I'm forming a great team. 1 season of losses and a few ties here and there... however the training is coming into effect. They're developing insanely!
My ultimate advice: In my opinion, TM's game engine sucks big time. It's not even close to the coolness of Sokker or Hattrick. I hate it. For that reason I'm just investing in the youth team. Don't pay much attention to the season. It's not worth spending ur time as you will lose to weak teams and beat teams much better than u. It's very unpredictable. For that reason, don't spend much time playing it. Focus on sokker and hattrick (if u play them as well). TM will be interesting in a few years when you build a serious team with your youngsters. For now, do what I did and you will not regret it. Sell all your players and save your money. Focus on your Training and Youth Development. That's all. After a couple of seasons you will see the goods of such decision.

i think the match engine in TM is better then hattrick, Hattrick has the best community though.

How is it possibly better than Hattrick? Give me a good argument... You can't predict anything. Yes, I know.... Hattrick is very midfield oriented. I'm a victim of such system too, as I've trained defending for the past 10 seasons there. But so what? It's more predictable. In Hattrick and Sokker, a certain tactic will give you the edge. Trophy manager is the most unpredictable online game out there. The game engine is very poor. They'll get better cause this is only the beggining but as it is... there is no comparison at all between TM with SK and HT. No way...

I don't know if I am the right person to say, but I think it's a good game and its getting better each season - as its quite new and always in development.
I think it deserves to try..:)
Nice also the game has international competitions between clubs (UEFA cup, league, Libertadores and Copa Americana, etc) you have lots of functions in the stadium, there are continental cups for NTs, and there are much more games by week - you'll never be bored of waiting a game. :)
