I don't download torrents anymore, way too much problems when it is a dangerous torrent. I use 1080p streamsites, and many blockers

Whats your favorite TV series

At least not The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power

Dark skinned hobbits, elves with short hair as if they are humans, wrong characters that are not like the books, etc etc

So much money :/

I'm a big fan of the lord of the rings books and movie but only lasted 30 minutes of the show. the lord of the rings universe can only be described so badly. What a pity

I have seen 1,5 episodes now, will give it a try for a bit longer, I love well made CGI and that kind of stuff. I know the books, but not that well. My girlfriend also stopped watching, but after 2 episodes. She loves the books, could not watch it any longer

I have watched LotR at least 10 times, half of this time the extended version (should be the regular movie and loose the shorter version).

But it is not as expected, or it is as suspected with the political correct shit in Hollywood. Everyone should be included and feel accepted. Yeh right, and kill the movies.

Same with a Vikings serie I was watching. A dark skinned woman as leader of a village! Dark skinned and woman, in a VIKINGS serie!

What is next, non-binary elves in LotR? And when they have the chance to 'change' gender, they didn't gave dwarf women a beard, as they supposed to have in Tolkiens books.

Harfoots are darker of skin afaik.
I like the show. It's clearly LoTR universe but you can watch it without the need of deep LoTR lore or knowledge.
It's not 100% according to the books, true, but see the previous phrase I wrote.

Well if You know the books well then You'd be quite angry with how much Peter Jackson butchered them while doing his movie

It's still a great trilogy and I loved both books and movies, yet there are many differences that are much bigger than someone having too short hair or too dark skin. There are whole characters missing, important ones like Glorfindel or Bombadil, there timeline changes, there are huge changes in characters age/character etc.

Im not a fan of post 2020 approach to adaptions, but...these are adaptations, it's normal that there will be changes and that such changes will often be made for current world standards

lgbt, blm and other stupidities is not our standart so I really doubt it's world standard.

It's understood that Hollywood sells Californication

Can't wait for second season of Arcane!

Also, now started to watch House of the Dragon. Vibes like old good Game of Thrones...

no offence but Moldova (nor Poland) doesn't make world standards in any way

it's also quite often that the changes and standards of the West appear in the East as well, but with time...so hold on to your horses

Say it to Qatar and their very respectful lgbt BAN on WC ;-)
I'm with Qatar, let this faggots stay home and away from a beautiful game like football!

I think respectless pigs should stay home and keep of the internet to prevent they spread their lunacy.

Also true, movies are different from books and original stories. But not all are good changes.
