Subject: Supporters Mood Dropping...
I think the new system works very nice when you loose but not when you win
I was always trying to be nice to a team in first rounds if he was active. Even though I could score 30+ (if ME lets me of course - because 60+ shots is not much of a problem if you really want to), in the second round there is still a lot of weak teams, so from now on instead of having 2 crappy "strikers" without form I will play with 1 better striker and score 15 goals again not to lose fan mood = not to lose sponsor money.
That's nice of you. Well I usually was not that much better than the weak teams and play B-team anyway (I don't care about sponsor money) with or without this change, so high results did not happen that often.
RL.I personally think that fanmood can drop with low results even if winning. When Switzerland won against Moldova with only 2:0 this also had bad effects on "supporters mood" in rl the difference between here and rl is that here average is winning with about 15 goals is average in first cup round while in RL winning with about 5 goals would be the average. So I think the reason why people complain is because they do not see that their result is below average and thus also below the level that their supporters do expect from them.
And I think you cannot make that fanmood does not drop with better club and does rise with worse club, because this leads to every club having maxed out supporter mood all the time. If you want that, you could just fix supporter mood to one level and never change it. But maybe the adaption that ratings of the game itself to play a role in it, may help enough.

This can be solved easily.
There needs to be a minimum score expected, no now matter how big a team is v how small a team is. Ranking 60,000 v ranking 1 or Rating 100 v Rating 1. Whatever the criteria of team size is. It needs to be a realistic score. The score is 5-0, the same as a default win score.
30-0 games to keep supporters happy isn't right. Other way, loosing 12-0 and fans and your fans are happier isn't right. The fan mood shouldn't change in the extreme circumstances, Supporters of both teams know 99.999% of the time the big team is going to win in these extremes, no need for supporter mood change. i.e. Brazil 1970 v my pub team. A good pub team mind you!
When teams are more evenly matched, 4500 v 3000, 45 v 35. Some Supporters of the smaller team here would fancy there chances. Mood swing possible depending on the score.
4200 v 3600 bigger mood swing possible.
4000 v 4000 max mood swing possible (probably 2 levels max swing) Again depends on the score.

Also if it is to change, lets be positive and get it change for the better instead of just moaning. Bring in the Derby factor. Teams from same region has bigger effect. Or even better, you can pick one team at the start of the season as your biggest rival, this has a big mood swing factor, more fun i think. If you don't pick, sokker picks the team that finished next to you in the league.
1) this is not properly balanced and getting it live without testing is not serious
2) this is a major change in game design, impacting players training and friendly cup, major change without any prior notice, this is not serious again
Any victory should at least maintain the fan mood at its current level, not drop it, whatever the score.

why?
why shouldn't the fans complain a bit if you should have won 20-1 but only managed 1-0

Because you can play with B-team, which also happens IRL
that's what I said - why shouldn't the fans expect a high score?#
If Man U won 1-0 against Accrington Stanley the fans would grumble

But they wouldn't demand a 20-0, the margin of victory required at the moment is too much.
course not 3-0 or 5-0 should be as much as anyone wants - if realism is wanted
I won 4-1 away in cup, with my B team, and my fan mood dropped.
I wonder how you can justify that ?
I wonder how you can justify that ?
end of the season, I finished 1st => fan mood 7
I lost my play off => fan mood 0 ( wtf ? )
I won my first cup game 0-18 => fan mood 0
I won my first league game 1-4 => fan mood 2
I won my 2nd cup game 1-4 => fan mood 1
It is a joke, right ?
