Greg was asked about this if you look back earlier in the thread.

Almost guarantee he didn't lose 1 whole fan mood level from a friendly loss. I'd suspect he was at the very bottom of a fan mood level and the 1-0 loss dropped him just under the cutoff for the next level and so visually it appears as a level drop when in fact it may even be something like 0.1 or 0.2 of a level drop which is nothing. People just don't seem to care about the existence of sublevels and just treat everything in whole level drops/rises when it's not even close to that.

then Greg is talking nonsense, when I beat a team with 3000 ranking in a friendly my fan mood dropped a level, when I beat your team 9-0 or whatever it was, my fan mood increased 3 levels, from a friendly... if that was based on previous matches then he might want to revisit his calculations, seeing as how we have massive agreement that something is clearly wrong here

I don't see the logic of your point tbh :) Greg says it's not ranking, you say it's nonsense as when you try and use ranking to work out what the mood change should be it doesn't make any sense. I'm sure he'd agree...

Fan mood , from what I can work out, is calculated from a hidden ranking system 'similar' to the ranking we use but with the big difference being that friendly results don't influence this calculation very much. I don't see how your examples disproves what Greg said in any way. If you play a team that's a lot less successful than you (whether it be a cup or friendly) you need to win big, not just win. When you play a more successful ;) team like me and win 9-0 of course you're going to get a mood increase ( I don't think it was a full 3 levels tho- prob about 1.5)

As for the massive agreement, big teams aside (who have very tough targets in games due to many seasons of win after win) most of the people complaining in here are idiots who think their fan mood should always be on the max level whatever their results are. Somebody complained earlier in this thread that they lost fan mood after losing a game. If that's the majority you want to side with work away ;)

this mood dropping is a stupid function created by admins/creators.

i won today's cup against week opponent 0:4, but my marks were not much better, and the mood dropped :(

how can mood dropped after winning game, this may happen only in Poland!! STUPID.....

I lost today in cup with 28-0 and my supporters mood increased by 2 levels :))

no logic in this game!!
