World Cup host counrty
- The games will be played in the same time zone
- I think the adms or mods should choose the host counrty, or maybe even the users:)
Actyually that isnt very important:)

NT home stadiums
- every nt can choose its home stadium from his home country. He can play his home matches there.
- BUT the owner of the stadium WONT get any ticket money, only the fame:)

OR
NT head coaches could rent a stadium on neutral soil

I think, its a good idea.

In reality the national teams played at clubs stadiums to.

And in the World Cup tournaments the "home" country can organize the matches in all 8 stadiums of the I. league-clubs!

you mean in the matchviewer. welll the devs won't do that, don't know why.. maibe Aranau will look here again and tell us why :D

I can tell you why. It's because Greg has said they're not sure how long they're going to keep this match engine. He also didn't fancy spending a couple of weeks coding it.

Indeed an old idea. Still an interesting idea, but as Nin rightly points out greg doesn't want to, or didn't want to, 'waste' time on it. I'm sorry.
