It's better if we hide the nationality of the players, for avoid choosing what you want, and don't sack nobody only for his country, just for his talent.

So if the idea change to hide nationality until he gets promoted to firste team +1.

ummm i like this idea alot but maybe to get different nationality players we should have a scout maybe in the trainers section...so you get yourself a scout..high the level = higher the range of nationality's

This sounds good, and I have no problem in accepting this change.

But one thing that there is with knowing nationality is that when you'll have an important junior from other nationality you can enter in relationship with that country and do more participation in sokker forum in that country.

Other thing is that shown nacionality is more fun than hidden one and it may be more popular.

In fact main idea is marking a box where says something alike in youth school page.
Double costs are in order to pay scout, school...
So, it's only the problem of how finally we call this box and if devs considers is easy to make it more complete; then it can be nice, of course. :)

Just for the record, the way I'd like to see it work is to have a small percentage chance of each junior being a foreigner, to have that be optional, and to have it cost nothing extra.

So in other words no limit per week, just a 5-15% flat chance per junior coming in, and no extra cost. Even a 2-3K cost per space for a new manager is a lot, and since this feature is all about adding to the fun and interest factor it should not be limited to players with money.

The youth school is already a pretty expensive project for new players, but really not expensive at all for established players, so don't widen that gap for any reason, in my opinion.

And the nationality should be visible, just for reality's sake, I mean really, you wouldn't know where the kid was from? Besides, if he's worth keeping you would just keep him, are you going to reject a 16yr old adequate just because he's Polish?

well, if you think it can be the same price, actually for me it's good... I was just an idea, but I'll love it cost the same xD

People need to be able to see the nationality of their youth, even if it just says, home country and foreign country otherwise you will get people complaining that their magical is a foreigner. At least if they know from the start, they are aware the trainee is a foreigner and there is no disappointment at the end (because if odds are with you to get your own country, you won't get a feeling of excitement with it being from your own country as you will tell yourself that they should be from your home country.

I still like the idea of seeing exactly which country they are from too, because it will be the only way to grow small country player numbers compared to that of the current system. All other options give the same proportion of youths between countries as the current system does, therefore, not helping the original idea of this topic at all.

As you are free to get or no to get foreigners (previous marked chase is needed) if you want a foreigner is to get a magical or so if not... better don't mark.

This is not true. If all countries grows "x" (let's say 100) players per season, small countries get better proporcionality.

If you are from a alittle country (like me) you'll never use this option and you'll happy if others do.

Another thing is you want to give favour to determinated country. But if you think in all countries getting the same number of youths growing is clear that this gives a little, but important, chance to grow up. The more little the more growing (in proporcionality)

I see what you are saying, there will be a slight increase for smaller nations, but it would still be better to see the foreign nation you are pulling from, as people are more likely to keep a junior from a smaller nation than a larger nation (given all things are equal), just for the possibility of producing a NT player.

This will take it from a small increase for smaller nations, to a much larger one, which is overall, better off for sokker.

In main idea you can see nationality since first day. No problem in this, mate.

Don't get confused with choosing nationality (some users are asking for); is in that point I think is better can not choose nationality to avoid previous discrimination (afterward you can do like now: selling and buying trainees)

choosing nationality surely should not be the idea. Yet, every season you get like 10% foreign juniors, which are distributed on the percentage of managers from a country. So eg now you would have like 18% that your foreign junior is polish and only 0.3 he is from Sakartvelo. That would be a nice idea indeed

I guess it should be equal (ie - 1/100 for all countries?)
