bad idea cause all big teams who have a lot of money will buy all talented juniors



think before posting ,dude. this is already happening, the big clubs make big money, but the nationality of the players won't change the financial situation. and if you start thinking:

Small countries (like Moldova) who have low nr of users will have a bigger chance to have great NT prospect, so the quality of all NT matches will grow.

good for NT but bad for you, you will have all shitty players :)))) cause you won't have money to buy good players :D

you just say but can you explain your ideas and thoughts?

this won't change anything except the NT's quality. as there are , was and willb e great trainees on tl, the situation won't be changed. how do you see the change in that? I bought a talented german for instace. and what if this will be implemented i woun't able to buy a german playaer agin? bullcrap.

you see nr of player will grow so teh saturation of the market will be . and thuse the prices won't be so high. you just didn't understand the idea.

here look at the whole situation:

now big clubs get juniors and buy them. they get only native ones. but now they get from different countries, so as i said the nt level will grow. but on the club level things will remain the same.

look my Celeen :) i was lucky to buy him for that price :) but when i bought him were this sistem ... this talented guy would be sold since he was in YS

there are polish 17.yo. that were bought 6 250 000 $ and more. even if pland has most palyers they still pay lots of money for their prospects. so only good things will happen with the implementation of this idea.





i see you can't explain and prove how it can be a bad idea. at teh offline we will talk about that.

Sorry, but I think you didn't get the point of this proposal: it's nothing about to buy juniors, it's not about money on the transfers but to bring up from your own school other nationalities juniors, if you choose it !!
There is nothing you complaint against: nobody will have more money, nobody will have more juniors but the same number, and in a different structure of nationalities, a little part of your juniors can be of other nationalities, not necessarily, just only if you want it. It's nothing about money transfers.

Hey mate, its no different to how it is now with juniors being bought by poland. this is only about the random juniors that come into your school each week. Not selling them whilst they are still juniors or anything.

Just a random % (I chose 15% in my calculations) that a junior coming into your school will be from another country. Nothing else changes.

Overall this helps the smaller countries in terms of being able to select NT players

This is true, it will also make the game more fun for some users as there is added interest in training a player who can be in a national team somewhere even if it's not for your country.

Also, it could conceivably generate a lot more interest in NT matches all over the place.

For example if I get a nice youth from Ghana and then train him up to U21 status, all of a sudden I'm going to be watching all his national team matches. Whereas before I couldn't care less about what the Ghana U21s were doing.

One comment about the rich getting richer, it may happen but not for the reasons I think he's saying. But a good established junior school will get slightly more valuable since it will get more NT caliber players.

Assuming that a 19yr old Ghanaian who is U21 caliber is more valuable on the market than an identical 19yr old Pole who is not, for example.

Hello mate, of course if you don't like this idea I have nothing to say about it.

About selling trainees:
With this change, in little countries you have less pressure to sold players to be trained and some day (perhaps) they can play in NT; and this means you can build your club with your own players (they'll grow slowlier but in few seasons they'll be giving your team a powefull natural growing and this reduce the amount you need to buy some especial players to complete squad).
