yeah, i suggested this ideaof training camps and nationality juniors about a year and a half ago, this topic should be closed.

It would be overall great and fun, with apparently no flaws.

In striker manager, you can build youth schools... The smaller amount of users in the country, the cheaper they are to build, encouraging these countries to be used more, and therefore generate more players from those countries

I think it would be good to intergrate this into sokker, and to be able to hire a coach to send out there to the school.

There is no need to make them cheaper in smaller countries. In smaller countries, the odds of getting a NT player is bigger, so that could be reason enough to go for these countries. Why go for Poland if you can go for Kazakhstan as well?
