Subject: [IDEA] Loaning - A great way to do it

well ...
- players under 24 years must play 1 match per week,if not they return to the owner
- players under 24, the owner pays half of the salary of the player and the other half is payed by the loan keeper
- if the player is selled under 26 years a cote of the price goes to the loan kepeer ( only if the player has more then 9 weeks loan)
- players loan 9 weeks or 16 weeks
- player over 24 years, loan owners pay half of the player salary to the owner club (still they pay the salary of the player normaly)
- no bid for loan
- only 2 players allowed at a time for loan
- maxim 5 players in loan per total in a season ( this will create strong relationship between managers)
- juniors can't be loan in they first season
- players can't be selled on loan time

there is no reason about this, all teams could do it so is not an advantage for no one, sokker has his specific and strange rules in a irealistic world and its enough to enjoy, this would be very complicated

if you have a junior that wort 20mil ..and you can't train him for some reason ...you can loan to a club that can train him and help eventualy that club for a period ..you are satisfied, allso the club you loaned...let sokker evolve you guys .... i hope one day sokker will have 1 mil users not 60k like they want to have allways...

Give up already and complain about something that really matters and will really keep users playing sokker.

so are you going to do this for only 1 player? I don't see very much players worth 20M...

IF i get a good junior, I will train juniors. I don't know the reasons I have to loan them

it was an example, let's say you extract a junior from the youth school and you want to keep him and you don't have any slots free for training him, this will give you some space to loan a player that you don't want to sell and keep you junior to train him, to see his talent for some weeks ... i can find examples if you want... just think...

they don't want new players ... the limit of the users are 60-65 ... they are satisfied with the money they get...more then this,sokker right now,i think they will not improve...:P

Only teams without money will be interested in loaning a player. They probabely won't have a goor training staff. So the player won't be trained well.

Its nice idea only if we have a lot of player or we have young players and with training not good for them, if we have a young player and he need training but team do/need other training in this case its good to loan him to a team who do the training he need, anyway, loaning will be more cheap than buying, its good idea if you applicate it good..
