It would be a good idea but I think it's very difficult to balance with economy, or poor and rich users.
Anyway if rich users could hire better doctors or seek doctors outside the country, it should be balanced, and not suppose much disadvantage compare to poor teams.
Although on the other hand IRL that works in this way, and at the same time it would have a cost for them (rich users) that perhaps is not profitable to have a doctor all season if injuries are reduced...I would like something like this, but I don't know how to balance this.

Make a fitness feature, for stamina, strength and injury resistance

Yes...with stamina devs are thinking about something new...however I think stamina could also continue like know (for example when you choose to train stamina, block slots, and same system as now).
If not...it could be fixed with something like you are saying, but it would also lead to think about psychologists (form), physiotherapists, doctors...and I don't know how it could work.

I would like the assistant coaches to have more importance in the game, because they are there but nobody really knows how to work with them ...
They could be given various roles such as physios (add what type of injury it is), doctors (They will be able to heal a single player by reducing the injury time a little), personal trainers (to improve the form of 2-3 players, a week , and if they are not constant, the form will go down again) I don't know, they are not things that can influence the development of the game too much, but those details would be nice.

They're thinking about new stadium features, so it might all be a possibility :-)

I like It!
Really assistants don't make much sense. For example, it's supposed that assistants are useful but I am not sure. I have three (incredible, incredible and brilliant) and sometimes I have players with talent 2 in one skill (good tech) and having 20 general trainings or more (with unearhtly skill), they don't pop to good passing...so, Idk if they really are profitable.

Maybe could be a good solution to assign roles to them.

We must also think that new users need to have challenges. They can't get the same as us in months... we've been here for many years to reach our goals.

They can get achievements that could be awarded with little prices. This would help them to feel they are progressing in the game while they catch up with the older users:

- Make a custom tactic
- Win a league match
- Win a cup match
- Score 5 or more goals in a match
- Get a pop in a skill
- Sell the 1st player
- Sell a player for more than 1 000 000 $
- Sell a player for more than 10 000 000 $
- Buy the 1st player
- Buy a player for more than 1 000 000 $
- Buy a player for more than 10 000 000 $
- Open the youthsquad
- Pull the first junior
- Get the player with most goals in a season
- Be the team with least goals against in a season
- Finish in the top 3 of the league
- Play a promo game
- Promote to a higher division
- Get an international player
- Get elected as a NT coach
- Promote to the top division
- Win a top division league
- Win a cup
- Win a CC game
- Win the CC

And many many others.

There could be a page with the list of achievements and the state of each of them

I like that!
I've always supported tutorial based playing, achievements succes, gradual growth that makes sence...

+1

A sensible idea , and could be great to inspire new users
2020-06-23 19:40:48
Generaly I like this idea. I agree with Stevie, it's a sensible idea. It depends on the kind of implementation in the Sokker economy. In my opinion you gave enough inspiration for the developers.

Thanx, Charles Hill :-)

The problem is that if you add doctors, you need to add personal trainers, psychologist and much more...and it can be very stressful and it wouldn't be sokker. I really don't know if it's a good idea. We'll see devs think.
2020-06-23 22:35:15
Why wouldn't it be sokker if you implement new things?
Sokker has been neglected long enough. Let's cheer for all logical changes that these times bring to a game like sokker...
2020-06-23 22:57:29
I know and I like changes, simply I don't know if it's possible to implement without changing this so much.
One of sokker's main motivations was that we didn't have to be in the game every day doing things and if we add a lot of things maybe we could lose the essence.
Sokker is more a game based in training that in psychologist and other assistants.
As I said, maybe I would like but It must be well implemented and not to create a stressful game.
2020-06-23 23:41:57
Off course...

These things can easily being implemented without the necessity of coming online multiple times a week...
It's like assigning trainers... You do it and leave it alone...
Things like personal trainers, who can rise the form of a couple of players, must be adjusted a bit now and then, but surely not on a weekly basis.
