Thank you for reviving this dead thread. 3 years ago I missed it, so I now I have my chance to vote NO. :D

Which REAL benefits could it bring to them? Could you ellaborate a bit? Why couldn't it result in more harm than benefit? Have you read all the previous posts? Because I think there are some points there, currently as valid now as then, to consider that the proposal could not be a good idea...

Thanks for giving your statement. This gives me the opportunity to add number 5.

(5) Each NT/U21 coach may offer the second nationality to one (1) player per season. If it is accepted, it depends on the randomness (50%).

This can be beneficial for small countries for several reasons.
E.g.
New Zeeland´s best U21 keeper has a skill of 10. A keeper from Poland with skill of 13 has perhaps no future in the polish NT, but he is a hot prospect for New Zeeland.
So, there will be perhaps many naturalized Polish players on other NTs, but not the opposite. (Like in real life with the Brazilians)

It is much easier for a small country to find a player as a prospect for the NT, than for a country with a lot of users (like Poland). Such countries have a lot of alternatives, like it happens in real life.

______
Real life facts:
- The are many Naturalized Brazilians on other National Teams, but not the opposite.
- Here is a list with some naturalizations. Interesting? I think yes. I just realized that also teams like Spain and Argentina have tradition in naturalization.
__________

PS: Yes, I allways read the previous posts. :)
