Subject: Juniors from other countries

i know how in sokker,
in sokker we can bougth and sell everyday, in sokker GK salarys BIG in comparison with all other,
in sokker yellow card can stay until the end of his playing career, in sokker we dont have U19 teams,
in sokker we can bougt and dismiss future U21 team player, we have maximum 6 juniors in week,
in sokker we can`t play more 2 matches in week, we have Assotations but dont president,
in sokker NT coaches are with elections,

and many many more...

i know how in sokker, bt its realy idea, juniors from other countries, in week 1 of 6 can be with other country.

what you can ask?

Apart from this all, what guarantees do you have other managers promote foreign players? Why should managers help other countries to get more players and let them have more change to win matches, which can have nagative consequences for their own country?

As for me, I wouldn't care about what nationality is my junior if he's good to be trained.
Shevchenko has decent and valid arguments.
Otherwise, I don't see this thing changing too much the sokker as these juniors shouldn't and wouldn't be in a very big number, maybe 2-3 players of "poor" countries would be raised abroad for every generation of the National team, this wouldn't make a big difference (no need to talk about the world championship title for them) but those countries with little number of users would be helped considerably.

Not really, other then he himself can be in a foreign junior school in rl. That's not an argument, only a statement.

With only a few active managers in smaller countries having a junior school, enough junior players can be promoted to fill up the U21 teams of these countries.

did you decide to train junior from other country or NO.
forexample i want, Zoli want, and many other managers? ok sokker have that function ,
you want train your country juniors onley, ok

And I say it's not needed if just a few managers have a junior school and by that enough juniors for a U21 team. And if countries want more juniors, the promoters should do a better job in getting more managers for their country and tell them how to set up good junior schools :)

So that's why I voted no.

who is promot this game in Ghana, in others small countrys, who?
his don`t have promoters,
1 or 2 managers understand this game, i am workin 4 seasons in Ghana U21, and i teaching ,
but from 60 managers active onley 3-4

I don't know who promotes Sokker in Ghana, but at the moment if you search for 'online soccer manager' or 'football manager online' in Google, Sokker is at the first page so people who are interested should be able to find it. Could be they aren't interested in games like this, is also a possibility.

And if you want more managers in Ghana, maybe you should post a few links to Sokker on Ghana sports websites/forums ;) and/or ask the few managers in Ghana to help you.

You can find the right websites/forums for posting Sokker adds pretty easy by using these search options in Google:

soccer phpBB site:.gh
soccer forum site: .gh
soccer game site:.gh

or replace .gh in these links by this:
.com.gh
.edu.gh
.org.gh

And also search for 'football' in stead of 'soccer', then you can find even more sites/forums.

Already thought of that .... link to document is at the bottom of the first post. You can rewrite it as you want and post it on the newbie forum of Ghana and ask a mod to give the topic a sticky so it's always on top of the newbie forum:

And add a link to yourself in the text so new managers can ask you for some more help after reading the rules and this tutorial if they still don't understand what to do.

I don't have time to lose on arguing uselessly with you, I can see you're good on it.....your argument was that Luxemburg never will win a world championship title, you go in extremes, try to be more objective and not so cocky.
You want to do your job, just learn please about active listening and customer service.
