Not really, other then he himself can be in a foreign junior school in rl. That's not an argument, only a statement.

Yes, Shevchenko has decent and valid arguments....I don't say that it couldn't be some counterarguments but do it decently if you want a good job, not ever and ever cockily...

Smaller Sokker countries have less juniors just as smaller rl soccer countries have less juniors, that's just how it is. And if you want to call my example of Luxembourg vs Sokker Ghana extreme, well, then I'm not using an extreme example at all.

In Sokker something can be done about it, as I showed to Shevchenko with my posts with links.

You can call it cocky what I write, and you can have this opinion as you like. But I say by active promotion things can be changed without asking for a new, the easy way without having to be active, option.

Then it should not be any problem to get more managers to Sokker by some promotion ....

You can spend more time posting in this topic and hope for chances in a few seasons time, and even then still not have any guarantee juniors of Ghana will be promoted by managers in other countries IF your idea will ever be implemented (what I don't think will ever happen). Or start promoting Sokker in Ghana and be sure there will be more juniors available soon. It's your choice ...

EDIT: btw, nice thumbs up for my help to post all those links + info to help you get more managers to Sokker Ghana .... ungrateful *^$&*$. Those +1's in this topic won't help you in any way to get the juniors you want!

Waht about some (not a lot) juniors with a "double nationality", formed in country with high number of sokker's players (or not)?

For example a junior "french" and "tunisian" or "turkish" and "german"

This could work, but not in combination with your other idea, as the largest Sokker countries don't have that many double nationalities with the small Sokker countries like Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Iceland, Andorra, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Dominican Republic, etc.

For example, Polish-Saudi Arabian, Brazilian-Icelander, Romanian-Iranian Spanish-South Koreanian, etc won't happen that often ;P Although some combinations could be possible like Spanish-Andorrian, French-Luxembourgian, Turkish-Iranian, Brazilian-Dominican.

I'm afraid this could lead to fights between NT coaches when some talented players are selected by a NT coach before the other NT coach could do it.

Ai :P Dutch-Surinamese and Dutch-Indonesian ... don't know if everyone is that happy with the Dutch colonial past ;/ Maybe better first to look for the largest Sokker country nearby and make those combinations before making other kind (for some managers) painful combinations.

Summary after 9 discussion pages:

What is going to change if this proposal is implemented:

1-New box to mark in youth school page like: International School/Scout By default: empty or "no" (both meaning the same). Cost are "*2": double cost.
2- Only if IS-box is marked "yes": 1 foreigner (visible random nationality) youth per week enter the school instead of expected home country junior. So: If that week only 2 juniors were going to get in, 1 of them (random 1/2 in this case) change his nationality (random: 1/98: we are 98 nations).
3- A new little mark (nationality/flag) is shown in juniors.php.
4- The result would be all countries gets a little redistribution of players every week: less players for biggest, plus for smallest, same for medium countries.

I think the minimum common idea it's staying like this. Further, some questions to discuss or to adjust:

a. That means increasing the overall amount of players entering youth schools in whole sokker?: No. It's exactly the same amount than a national one.
b. Is better to increase cost of those places with a foreigner youth? Yes, for self-regulation.
c. How much should cost those places to achieve a reasonable amount of changed nationalities in the whole sokker world? : This must be tested or simulated to get a good answer (In my opinion it should be a national double cost).
d. May happen that a team has all of his youths from abroad? : Yes. (Again, costs are important to self-regulation)
e. Benefit for the more little size countries? : Other countries help in growing players for National Teams.
f. Benefit for biggest size countries? : Option to grow up other country’s players getting more fun and motivation.
g. Benefit for medium size countries?): Both previous. It depends of each own motivations and power.
h. Must be the nationality hidden till youths is hired for first team? : No, because you'll get better motivation if you know nationality from first day.
i. Can be chosen the junior's nationality? : No, because this can be a very powerful discrimination tool.

Remember, it is not the same than buying one, because is there a player market where you can buy a trainee from the nationality you like.

Yes, that time was a very-well debated proposal, and have got a good impression on the majority of the users (reading the thread).
I wanted to mention it here on the thread (anyway, I couldn't have done it in the complete manner you've done it), and to get to a final with the useless counters of Charles Hill, I just didn't have time to do it.

Useless as in I don't agree with you? Probably! Baloomao did get a normal response of me, wonder why?

1) to help "small" NT sokker countries
2) with a randomizing of nationality couple

Your reply was cocky, that's why I asked you not to be cocky but better customer service, active listening and patience. Nothing personal.
Unfortunately, you're able to argue with everybody, almost everywhere I open a thread you're arguing over there, every third post is yours, sometimes you inflame the atmosphere, has to come other colleague to save the situation.....just take it easy.
And I wrote something else on that post you're referring to: that I won't lose my time arguing uselessly with you. So it will be.

Are you also going to tell to all those that come to these same topics and are always complaining about Sokker to stop doing that and when someone doesn't agree with them to not make it a personal fight?? Or do you want me to agree with all the nagging or even be quiet and let Sokker and the forum be ruined when the complaining starts again in these topic? I can tell you now, you can forget about that. When I don't agree with something because of whatever reason, I will write that down.

Besides, if those few that aren't always nagging about Sokker would stop posting, the forum would become a continues complain by one small group of managers and by that ruining the atmosphere on Sokker and even make managers to leave Sokker with their negativity, based on feelings and assumptions in stead of data and real statistics.

So please look at those that make it a personal fight the moment someone doesn't agree with them and tell them to stop doing that, then the atmosphere would not be ruined. Go to the right persons, in this case even yourself when you start pointing your finger at me and call me cocky, which has nothing to do with the idea posted in this topic.

What about talking about the topic?
I would prefer that, because in a other way i will had to close.
