Subject: [idea] more playable / sellable juniors, less deficit for young
Junior school are totaly random. You can improve players with a better coach, spend a lot of money, and week by week entrer new juniors sack the weakest, reach the maximum numbers (30) and spend more money again. But if you have no luck, you have no luck. You have to pray to have a very good drawing of the lottery to save your money.
We dont have to take out from school super talent and outrageously expensive juniors to save our money.
In fact the game dont need too much star players, im ok.
In my experience 80-90% are too low in few skills after school, sell at "free" price or sack because nobody want this. They was not so bad in few skills, maybe with a very good talent, but unsellable!
10-20% are ok, you can keep them and training in your team or sell them a save a little money you spend in young shcool (but no enough!)
1-2% are talentfull with a very lucky lottery in overall skills. Bingo!
In market and teams we need more OK players, its follow the school ratio :
1-2% are sell to 1million and more, unreachable for young clubs. You can train them to save money.
10-20% are ok, young teams can buy them, this players are not ridiculous on match and you can (maybe) a little money training them.
80-90% are totally spams in the market.
I think its not very difficult to change this!
Make the young school player lottery more overall in skills, or just make them at minimum level not so ridiculous (4 or 6 depend on their age). (eg. i keep juniors with very good talent, good level, 20-30 weeks and they go out from school with level 0 to 3 in few skills and 9-10 in others)
(And then change the training system to grow the number of overall player in the market!)

this makes no sense, you are free to close your juniors if you think that they are no profitable

Indeed. And by keeping the right juniors managers can increase the chance to make more money with youth school as when they keep just all new and/or wrong juniors.

You misunderstood. I dont say its not profitable, in fact it is almost lottery we need to be lucky with 1% junior and throw away the remaining 99%. Ok we can close the junior school, but it was not my proposal if you can read :p

I have a youth team for as long as I remember and ...only had a couple of brilliants and 1 unearthly ...the rest ware like fish in the sea...+1 for better youth and some way to define some kind of training would be good!
I'm playing since 2005. I had 2 magical youths and 3 brilliant youths.
Haven't had a decent youth player in years and judging by my youth school talents, it doesn't look like it's going to change.
I always have 24 youths (6 free places for new income), I have unearthly youth coach for about 8 years...

I think that the junior player's skills should be showed. This will improve this random factor.
it won't change anything...only difference is that you will know that the youth is shitty at the moment when he enters your ys...

Once again, no problem with the random system. But make random toss more decent and not 80% sack or sell at 1 euro. More decent player on market can dropdown the prices that can help the new user to buy and train more valuable player and help all the manager who manage and train young players.
