Once again, no problem with the random system. But make random toss more decent and not 80% sack or sell at 1 euro. More decent player on market can dropdown the prices that can help the new user to buy and train more valuable player and help all the manager who manage and train young players.

but it will also ruin the market of top players, since in a couple of seasons there will be too many great strikers, defs. etc. and every top team will look exactly teams
honestly, it's already a problem for many years...there are faaaar too many 3x divine strikers...

This its true. But if we make the trainning of high levels be very much more slow than is today, this problem will be solved.

More decent players on market will not change the top market price, the price on top players (1% on market) depend only on cumulative millions in teams during years : What's the price for a 3xdivine striker? the maximum you can raise.
Only when you have to compete with other teams. If there is 1 top player and 4 teams that are wanting the price will be high. But if there are 3 players and 4 teams that wanting the price will be lower.
Still there are not enough players for all 4 teams, but buyers top bidding earlier because they know there will be soon another player on the TL that will has a new change to be more cheap. But with one out of four you know you have to wait longer, and the change it will be cheaper is small. So you will bid till your max, in the other case you stop earlier to have a bargainhunt.

Still there are not enough players for all 4 teams, but buyers top bidding earlier because they know there will be soon another player on the TL that will has a new change to be more cheap. It's a false problem. 1% are 1%, luxury is luxury, you can't change that. If there's more than 1% 3*divin prices will drop, of course, but the (new) 1% standard will be 3*ultime ! The price on this 1% drop only because there are much millionaires to buy the luxury !
Tax the millionaires is the only way to stop this 1% prices growing :-)
But top players (and top teams) are not my idea.
My idea is for the other 99% players on market. Make them much decent player, more decent players on market by changing the random youth school system.

You can already buy future 5x14 mids, 4x15 wings, 3x16 atts, 2x17 defs with 7 secs at age 16-17 for few hundreds k euro...
I just talk about more decent players, like u prefer : 4x13 wings in future ...
There is a gap between 3x0 and 3x9 young players; 80-90% of them pollute the market, sell to 1 euro or directly sack, they will never reach 4x13.
Because of the toss young system, skills are totally random, and young players are usually not equilibrate. top players ot not.
A player who start with few 0 skills will stay 0 at the end because of the progress factor.
I see many benefit using a system that keep random but use a toss more equilibrate at start between skills :
- Less stupid young players on field (like 9 in striker and 0 on tech/pace), more interesting to work on tactics in young competition.
- Less pollution on market. If xp users always filter TL, new users don't : more clean and easy to start.
- New users can play a decent team (not in term of good skills but in term of overall skills) with A team : more overall players on market, less cheap and more in Young schools.
Top players will stay top players (in term of specialized skills) , sell to many millions rich and old teams, but for new teams they should buy more decent players, maybe with talent, can make a little benefit, and play with a decent team.
Off course with a better training system to train overall skills that's a good point too to reach that goals.

4x13 wings in future
Such player can be bought for free at age 17...... the problem is not the players that are, it is managers making bad decisions (buying 22 yo, where a 17 yo at that price, would be better already after 1½ season), training on players not worth anything, having old players bought at 28 yo for 3 m eu, instead of going on market and buy a nice trainee (which can be acquired for less then 300 k)....
Tell me, if prices now for nice trainees, can be as low as 300 k, then tell me what will happen with better distributed juniors....

I m agree with training xp, and i point this with a another idea : better training system to train overall skills so we can have more decent players on TL without the need of XP and top training system.
At this time there are few 17y decent players for free, ok, but u know what's happen if you re an xp trainer : u prefer buying a top young at 1 million than a less better players for free, because in 1st case there is more profit. That's the training linear system : more top players, less decent players, all or nothing.
Maybe im not good enough at maths but i can count, whatever u think, just point this situation :

Mmmm... from 14 to 18= 4 skills... from 12 to 13 = 2 skills.... also, many lower class wingers are without more then 9-10 pm, as it is less favoured skill on a winger, try make the search without criteria on pm, and compare 11 to 14, with 14 to 18.... :)

u can put a larger range i was just pointing you that decent 4x13 overall is not easy to find on TL.
Anyway, range 11 to 14 skills : 14 decent wingers. Most are unbalance. 14 skill and more : 9 top players. need a drawing ?
