Subject: [idea] more playable / sellable juniors, less deficit for young

2015-06-22 12:24:50
u can put a larger range i was just pointing you that decent 4x13 overall is not easy to find on TL.
Anyway, range 11 to 14 skills : 14 decent wingers. Most are unbalance. 14 skill and more : 9 top players. need a drawing ?

About your "decent" 1.2M "winger" suitable for a newer club i assume that was a joke. I hope.

the problem is not the players that are, it is managers making bad decisions

Yep, that's why I have put transfer market links in the tutorial to show (new) managers trainable young players with the right skills can be bought for really not that much money.

How to get started with Sokker tutorial, STEP 2. Players

(These young players are max 19 years old to make sure the links show enough young players, also when the TL is not that full. But 16, 17 and 18 years can also be found with the same links.)

Also links to coaches and assistants on the transfer market, for the same reason as young player links.

I agree with the original idea with the less talent on all players. Like 30% lower training effectiveness

I have to say, that the best way to get sellable juniors, would be to get better judgement from the junior coach, not like today where you are not sure, if he is drunk or he has given you the map of a mountain stage in Tour de France.

10-20% are ok, you can keep them and training in your team or sell them
Oh are you that lucky?!!! :)
In 3 REAL years - NOT seasons - I have got only these:
/one player sold for around 100 000 Euro. Sold because he didn't suit my training plans for my other players.
/one I have kept, but he will never become better than a backup player for my A team...
/the rest have been CRAP. In BEST case they have had good talent, but with so low skills, so they will be old before they become useful... =Worthless....

Most of these 3 years I have had a BRILLIANT trainer in the youth school, geting this crap anyway, and most of the time it has been close to full, just kicking out enough to give space for new arrivers. (I keep them at 7 level too because I need them for the Youth league.)

If it hadn't been for I want to play in the Youth league - and I want to make own players in real life club leading too :) - I would have skipped the Youth School a long time ago...

It got WORSE when the system changed (="jumping" level) because earlier it was possible to see in a few weeks if a player were worth keeping. So by the changed system we got higher costs by we need to keep bad players longer to be sure, but we get same - bad :) - players...

10-20% of those i dont sack to be precise... I m maybe "optimistic" but since i check young teams stats/sells i never see a so poor youth school like yours :) im not so lucky You re the most unlucky guy, or u don't understand the system (the most important is not the level but the level/age and the way skills are distribute)

Yes, I know. But I can't help which juniors the system give me and how the system distribute the skills. .. Or do you mean I can that? :)
E g I got ONE junior, who reached level 13, but he was almost worthless anyway, because much was at stamina when he arrived and no skill at the right side were any good.
I have had a brilliant youth trainer a long time, and I keep several less good juniots too, because they are good enough to play in the youth team.

I suppouse I'm a GOOD coach, because I manage to reach the top youth league with the crap juniors I get... haha

Unlucky or the devs GIVE me crap juniors, because I have told them several times about their CRAP screduling system for the youth leagues... (E g last season I met SAME team 5-6 times...) Including I have told them how they can SOLVE it EASY, but they KEEP the CRAP sceduling anyway!!!

i talk about level/age you talk about level only, re u sure you dont sack good age/level too much ?
in France we consider this levels good enough (before the skill distribution of course:)
age = 16, level >=9
• age = 17, level >=11
• age = 18, level >=13
• age = 19, level >=14
• age = 20, level >=16

" i talk about level/age you talk about level only, re u sure you dont sack good age/level too much ?"
I don't sack ANYONE, who can reach level 8, because I get almost only crap, so I'm happy if they reach that haha
It's so bad so I can have at 4-6 free spots each week anyway

During the many seasons, when I have had brilliant coach, I have only got:
/ONE didn'tt suit my exerrsise plans and to bad to use as he was, I got around 100 000 Euro for him.
/one can PERHAPS be good enough to be an A team player far in the future
/two, who in BEST CASE will play a litle in the A team, when A team players are injuried or suspended.
/all the rest have been worthless....
