Subject: Plus data deleted?

i did not pay for my plus extension for few days and it has deleted all of my training record for last two years of plus???!?

no more money from me....for sure!!!

if i have known this before i would not paid in new year of plus :(

You could have reported a bug or ask what is wrong instead of this post :/

well i expected to my trainings to be there....and they are not.....i am not happy....i am not happy at all....what do u expect for me to act like?

and what is that bad in my post? i just posted that my training data is gone and that nowhere in plus rules and regulations is anything about that problem....

I though old Plus data isn't deleted right away when Plus expires. I will ask on the staff forum, maybe someone else knows

Apparently I remember it wrong and you are right, data is lost.

Not the first time a Sokker tool (like SO) makes more sense as Sokker as data is never lost :/

so i was right to be not happy.....that is really stupid way of suporting users who pay for this game....

so i guess that i will give advice to other players not to pay for sokker plus but to instal some sokker tool and be safe....

Yep, indeed stupid and others already advised the DEVs to change this, but didn't happen.

And about Plus vs Sokker tools, tools won't give you a logo, no ingame data, every match annoying match delays and more. So still enough reasons to buy Plus I think, but to be sure always use a Sokker tool also. And ofcourse, make sure to renew Plus on time if you don't want to lose ingame data.

it would be nice that in that plus expiry messgs, u get them on every login, u have some info that all that data will be lost....

well u can look up my logo it is really cool....from all that i used just some transfer reminders and notes for some players....and that is not a necessity so i can live without it....

also that delay is really not cool.....

ps can i get a refund? becouse full service is not activated....

Thanks for this topic, I was not sure about renewing soon, but now I know for sure I don't.

Is there no reminder in SKmail or email Plus is about to expire? A reminder mail should be the first thing that must be implemented.

Losing data is shit, but in the end it's everyone's own responsibility to renew on time. But a reminder would make it a lot more easy to do this on time.

I have posted the idea of not losing data and reminder mails when Plus is about to expire on the test server to inform the DEVs once again.

If your plus expires, if you buy plus again in the future you will still have all of your old plus data, including guest book posts and training graphs. So do not worry if it happens.
