Subject: [idea] Helping Countries with few Users become competitive!

It's unfair that countries with few users can not be competitive in the WC or U21WC...so I thought this idea would make them more competitive:

1. Any user from any country can allocate 1 to 5 spots for foreign players in the youth academy!
2. Users can choose what countries they want to recruit those youth players from (example: 1 spot from UAE, 2 spots from Canada and 2 spots from Poland)

This would increase the chances of young players being grown in other countries then their own.

I also think that this would be easy to implement...and would help NT managers connect with users from different countries as the users would then want to send a player they grew in the academy to the U21 or NT.

Let me know what you think!

And have 5 Polish players in all countries ... no thanks :/

If countries want more junior players, start promoting Sokker, that's the only right way to get more junior players.

How about cap the largest user countries so they can't get as many top talents......

Poland & Romania doing so well & having untold top talent even though they are big (many users) in sokker is somewhat unrealistic.

That's not fair because countries won't be capped, managers will be capped and with that their income, match results, etc.

Besides, maybe something else could also be a problem, for example the number of junior schools in smaller countries, I mean many managers not having a junior school in smaller countries. I don't know this, but who knows, it could be a problem. The less managers a country has, the more important it is all managers have junior schools. This is one way to close the gap.

This is something i am well aware off.

I've asked pleaded and proved its worth having a junior school to all English users who hav'nt, but still alot won't listen....

Think about it...lets say I am polish...and I make all 5 spots with youth players from Poland...but at the same time all polish users need to use at least 1 spot from the academy from another country so Poland gets actually weaker because in every Polish academy there will be 1 foreign player. So if you have a youth school you must have at least 1 spot for foreign players :) max 5.

So as an overall all countries get better.
