Its a instant buy system. The player will be catch instantly after a buyer offer the bid.
I know, I know. There is the question: BUT THE CHEATERS???
Well, thinking on that I propose a simple solution.
The players would be put to sale as usually are on TL. Initial bid, 4% in this value and the players would be two days on TL like are today.
BUT, after pass this 2 days and no one offer the initial bid value, the players stays on sale for INSTANT BUY for the initial bid offer.
I know, I know. And IF NEVER ANYONE BUY HIM?
So if the player was on MIS (market of instant sales) after 1 week, his value will decrease 5%. This will happen week after week until the player price reaches the unit value.
With this the offer will be better and the initial managers who was starting in sokker and don't have time to look for new players to buy can find solutions for the team even without time to be online.
So the numbers of managers that starts to play and leave because are unmotivaded will be minimum.

Funny. Players on 'market of instant sales' will be here for only reason... to expensive. Do you think beginners have enough money to buy players on instant sale? Yes after months when its become cheap enough. But do you think a player can stay month on 'MIS' without an instant bid from a less beginner (and richer!) ? Just : no :)
Give more money to beginners (or more valuable players) that's it!

I don't think that way. I think if this method be avaliable, the managers will put more their players on market too and more offers will stay on market (TL and MIS)

there is nothing wrong with the transfer system... and even if there was ...it wont change :)
Its exaustive to find players and to sell any types of players, because you need care the time to sell and to buy and the sucess in the actual market its in the time to spend on the site. Thats is bad because many users give up because of that. I know 4 persons who happened this...

to say one of my crazy ideas, I ever got one on this abstract and I never said. You have the normal sale put in TL a player on TL to last in 2 days, but it would be an option to put a player on TL for 1 day only, with maybe a few more taxes for example 10%.
Don't believe me it won't be implemented. I think the only idea was made I said is the number offsides in the report :P

I don´t like the idea too much. I think also will be for instant buy just expensive players, and maybe will be just a trick to swap players between teams. For example, I put a player that worth 3 millions for sale, with 10 millions price, and the other friend do the same with his player. In the end we both buy our players with instant buy.
My idea for transfer market would be the possibility of putting players in a "Transfer waiting list". So like, for example, Real Madrid is not interested on keeping Khedira, so he set a minimum transfer price of 10 millions, and the interested team like Arsenal can go there and say: Yes I´ll buy it. Than Khedira goes to the transfer list with Arsenal bid for 10 millions, and the other teams have the chance of bidding on it for 2 days more.
That help when you have players that you only would sell for a determined price, and dont need too much to sell, so you let there fishing.
The change will be: When you put an advertise in a player, wou would be able to set his minimum transfer price.

Whats matter teams swap players? They can actually do this in actual TL system.
And in MIS the players will be a disvantage to do this beacuse to put on hogh price to change them both teams will have to pay 4% to start TL.
