the changes happened late this morningl . what they should be doing is , doing something to know if the players are improving or getting worse. and if the training given is effective or a wste of time. in real life a manager knows if his players are getting better with training or worse. , this blind stuff is pathetic really .
Plus managers can see if players have improved or not.
For those who don't have Plus, use a Sokker tool:
● Sokker Organizer
● Apollo (zipfile)
● SokkerViewer
Or else a Sokker app:
● aSokker (Android and BlackBerry)
● Sokker Mobile (iPhone)

How charles? when i say seeing if they improved meaning I can see the graph on say outstanding going up and knowing how long it will take to get the skill to incredible. , I now we can see if a player goes up on a skill cause that week the skill will be in green. but I cant find where I know if the skill is going up between Outstanding and Incredible. , if there is please let me know where to look bud.?
cause I dont like this blind biz chancing alot of traning on one skill and finding no matter how long you train them on this skill they wont go up a level.

I don't use SO anymore, but if I remember correctly this program is showing the number behind the comma.
But yes, it is unclear between skills and I think there are better solutions (like for example 1 to 100 visible in horizontal chart, see below and also in aSokker) , but the current system is what Sokker is using, and whatever you and I think of it, it won't change.

you got it in one. , this is what i like to see. nice one man.
in real life a manager knows if his players are getting better with training or worse.
In real life, a manager can only make assumptions, here we have numbers to see how they are, so it is much more easy to see a players current skill here then in rl..... not the other way around

I never asked your opinion. i told you before i dont care for your input. , charles said it all.
to me you are not public. get it.? and i do deal with it . that is why i am telling you. i dont care for your opinion. that is dealing with it. but sadly you cant comprehend that i do not care for your opinion. you have to put it across anyway. although no one cares in what you say.
I care, i think he is right.
This is a public forum. Everyone can post what they think about an idea. I do not think the devs read this, but if they do they must know what people think. Not only the people who like something, but also the people who don't. Otherwise they can't make good decissions.
For me, I think it is the job of the manager to find out how fast a player raise in a skill, and predict his next pop. Not the job of the software.
Let say the manager in real life can see how fast players get new skills. Now here you are that manager. Like in real life there are managers who are better in that then others. They do not all have such skills. So here we go. In sokker you can find out those things by analysing the data that is allready provided to you. But it cost time and a maybe somme mathskills. But it is perfectly doable.
I made sheets with a lot of calculations to find out talent of players that i bought, and with that information i can easily predict when players raise and how they look in a couple of seasons.
Thats my job, i am the manager. It is not the job of the game to give everyone those info without effort.
picture to show what i mean:
/edit: no i do not share those sheets :P

that is very interesting. and i can see where your coming from. , but still when it comes to that other fella. i have no interest in his opinion. . cause i dont really like the way he puts himself across.
no but others might, and i am free to write what i want in public forum, as long im not breaking rules, also to your posts, as some might read yours and think it is how it is, then i am allowed to give my input on that view (especially in this specific forum), this is a public forum, and you can not choose who can write and who not... thank god you are not a moderator...
I plus that, and i follow this topic very closely.
To all: Please behave yourselves.
