So, let's go with another thread on this fashionable topic.
I was talking today with a friend a way to improve the problem that there are a lot of old teams and new ones, that makes the life impossible to the new ones. My friend, for example, is in IV division, and knowing his situation, its very easy to earn money even if you don't win, but it takes time. It doesn't make sense playing for nothing and earn money. This is not the problem talking about IV division, but it has to be a stimulus to grow and go to the upper division.
I want to let open this topic for another ideas, but we got two:
1º The wages for top players are too way low. If you have a great team you have to pay a lot of wages and you only will balance this situation winning the trophy. For example it's ridiculous a 3x superdivine striker wage is only 35-36k. It should be 100k at least. same with coaches. In my case I pay arround 400k in player wages. With that implementation I'll pay arround 1M per week, and only I'll get back my money if I win something inclusive if I only win the league, I'll lose money.
In the same way, the wages of poor players should be lowers. crappy players might cost 3k per week with formidable stamina, I would say it would cost arround 100€ for example for say something.
Of course, the stadium will take more relevance. In the way you will imagine, I don't care.
2º It should be a mood week by week, but also a season expectation. I mean, if they expect to be first, second, or go to promotion or pray to stay alive. This will be updated at the end of the season, changing the final supporter's mood instead the high relevance of the promotion match, for example.
These are only a quality ideas, don't take it as quantitive. I think it should be a way to reduce the gap between new users and olders besides to reduce the gap between more active users vs less active ones.

1) Changing wages is tricky because this will change the balance of teams and many can go bankrupt because they are not used to this change. But it could also be a good thing if top teams can't afford to have too many world class players anymore, this can reduce the gap between divisions.
2) This is very difficult. Mood is already difficult to make it right weekly, for a complete season is impossible I think. If you sell 2 or 3 old world class players and buy 2 or 3 trainees to replace these players and accept the fact you won't become champion anymore, your season goal is changed, but not for the Sokker prediction.

1) too easy sell players thought
2) this makes no sense, expectations depends of the number of supporters. It's not about your players and, of course, for 9812764 time, it not depends of ranking as well

If you sell some very good players and replace them with weaker players you will lose more matches and because of that supporters. My point is, you can change your season goal, Sokker won't.

that's right but this is not the point. If you want to keep your supporters you would win matches, and if you change your players to another weakers you should lose supporters. Actually now that works fine.
Please don't change the subject, it is confusing. The system of losing supporters if managers lose matches is fine and that is not up to discussion. The discussion is about your second idea, that won't work because season goals can change a lot during the season but Sokker won't change the goals if they are set at the beginning of season and stays the same till the end.

But actually you are wrong... you say the the problem is that you can make money in lower division (i assume you mean by training), but you want to lower prices in bottom players and raise them in top players, this would only mean it would be even more profitable to train instead of going for results...
I'm not changing the subject, you are the man who doesn't understand the point as I see. This is an expectation which depends only on your number of supporters, forget real life or simulation. It's an incentive to win matches and a warning of if you lose matches. Your purpose to do in the season: try to win, try to train expecting further seasons, etc. can't fit the expectation which depends, again, of your number of supporters.
wages.... sry, mistype... but the point is, your idea will make the situation, you describe as bad, worse.
I do understand your idea, but to me it doesn't make sense.
why? you can put a reward of winning national league of 5M € for example
but you did not mention anything about that till now... :)
well, maybe it was a mistype :P
I wanted to say also some rewards for winners, for example...
5M € winner national league
3M € 2nd league
2M € 3rd league
1M € 4rd league
10M € CCC winner
5M € 2nd CCC
for say something, if you don't like this rewards you can swich all of them. It should be simulated on a computer to fit them.
we're talking about only one player, raising the wage, could cost more than 300k/season than now. I don't know how it will work but this is only a quality approach, it should be developed for this new economic situation.
I think best players will cost less, instead it will be difficoult to keep him in a team. And also, it will be a bit less great players because maybe it wouldn't be interesting to train as much for avoid this high wage
It somethink like hattrick when NT players couldn't be affort by anyone and his cost was 0 (never played hattrick for more than 1 week, but someone told me that). So training would be valid for win rewards and maybe it won't be for earn money saling a player. Or you won't train much a player to avoid the high wage, training him balanced instead training a high skill wich will result in high wage, useless player, and overall unrealistic.

so it would be more profitable to win the 4th league than to be 2nd in 1st league?
