5M € winner national league
3M € 2nd league
2M € 3rd league
1M € 4rd league
10M € CCC winner
5M € 2nd CCC

so it would be more profitable to win the 4th league than to be 2nd in 1st league?

of course I think it only must be payed a reward for 1st division or cup winners and semi-final and finalist

the point to reduce this gap is that you can earn money easily with average players because they will be cheaper to mantain, as well as trainers. And there won't be so many good players because it could be interesting stop their training for the top if you introduce that with right calculus

the way to make money in low divisions will be keep the mood high to sell more stadium tickets and fit the season expectation to earn the maximous as possible on the sponsor's new season income.

Maybe better would be instead pay a reward to win, it should be based on the competition expectation. If you fit the expectation you return a reward from sponsors and good mood for supporters, and if you don't achieve your target your suporters will be sad and of course you won't win a reward. For example a man who stay in the top every time won't get reward for win a tittle because this is exactly the thing his supporters expect (I'm talking about if you have the max number of supporters you can have in your league)

As I say, it's open, and you can think about a lot of crazy ideas, but the way is change the wage of the players and incentive to win

You can reduce the wages for top players and do it gradually. If you announce that in five seasons the wage for a triple divine striker will have doubled, then you can plan for it.

I think we all agree that we must reduce the financial gap to keep the new teams with us.

To change the player's wages will be very difficult, because we the old players going to see our expenses exceed our income.

Maybe that the solution could be, instead of increasing our expenses (for us the olds players of Sokker), but to increase revenues from new players.

My idea is to give a bonus to newcomers.
The problem is that if you give 1 million euros to each newcomer in registration bonus is that without knowing much the game early, the majority will spend very quickly and safely invest poorly.

So, The idea is to define an amount (?? millions €) to distribute bonus for new weekly during their first 2 or 3 seasons?
If we take for example 2 millions € spread over 48 weeks (3 seasons), it would be a bonus of 41k €uros, so not huge but can help in various investment at the beginning, and therefore useful to make up the gap with other .

Remain the more diffcult : to define the amount and duration of this bonus.

give extra money for newbee users is the best way to make richer the oldest users. Because they know the market more than the others.

The way is swicth the expenses and pay bonuses for win

the problem of changing the actual wages it's true. I think it has to be changed although there is this problem. One way is apply only the chages in wages in new juniors, keep the actual wages system in the current players. Maybe it's not most fair but the market will make the difference and it will allow people to prepare for the change.

anyway, I think this won't never be implemented ^^
