Subject: Juveniles in other teams [IDEA]

My idea is that players from one country could join to teams from other countrys. So in that way, NT as my country can have more talented players from other countrys, I say this becuase in Guatemala we are only like 5 teams that have juvenile school, so it will be very helpfull to us.

Also schools would be full of people from different countrys. Like it is in real life. Wait for your answers

Not sure if this a good idea, there are already enough Polish players in the game and in most teams outside Poland. And you have no guarantee more juniors with your nationality will enter the game. If they are all fired for example, because it are bad juniors or because other managers don't want to help your country to grow (just 2 examples I thought of right now).

The best way to make sure your country will get more new juniors is to promote junior schools in your country, help the managers who don't have a junior school to start one. And ofcourse, promote the game Sokker to friends, family, colleagues, and everyone else, so more new managers will start playing Sokker in your country, that way you can get more junior schools with the right help (good mentorship).


EDIT: and unfortunately for your idea, this idea has been proposed so many times already (just check this forum) and never implemented, so don't count on it.

there are already enough Polish players
if u "randomize" a little the country, sure they will be less Polish players, just mathematic.

And you have no guarantee more juniors with your nationality will enter the game
u can randomize something 50-60 percent (or a own player option setting), 1/2 are from your nationality inside your country, and many chance to find outside. for little nation that's a huge help.

For little nation you can promote and target 100% young schools, 100% from 2-3 users that's not a lot :) just check countries there is a logical relation with number of young players (and top young) and users in a country.

And ofcourse, promote the game Sokker
certainly a joke? There is no game update, less and less users years by years and u want to promote ? Do you think there was no promoters during past years? no. Just blame the dev.

Half of my juniors from different nationalities, no way. A few % could be fun, but no more then that.

Can't blame devs for the lack of promotion which managers could do (or should do, in the case of Promotors). This game didn't had 70k members because of the devs but because of active managers.

right, that's the answer, the only one.

your opinion. Promotion is a realistic option to get more managers and better mentorship for current managers is also a realistic option, but that means managers have to do something themselves and that is in many cases a problem.

I think it is better to have 1 weekly junior pull for every country and instantly put it on TL.
Every junior would have had simulated progress before pull. This would all be done automatically.

So every country would have 16 more players per season on TL(from association). This would mean nothing to Poland, but it would significantly increase player pool for countries with 2-3 users. Also this would give more players for new users to buy and reduce the prices which are going wild.

I think for this issue, it is the best idea i have ever read.

And I think that this, should be implemented in countries with few users (be a user limit, eg. In countries that have less than 200 users), and not in all countries.
