At present we have many new managers in whole sokker world. Sure, most of them just signed in and will never give sokker a second view. But all others should be given a helping hand.
Success-points
Give them money with special success points, like...
...a series of 3 wins in duty games
...a win in a duty game with a self-made tactic
...first player sold for more than 1 000 000 $
...first time to rise up league level
...first time reached a rating of 30
...first time reached a rating of 40
...first time reached 3rd round in cup game
...[other ideas?]
The reward
each success point shall come with a bonus of i.g. 100 000 $, or 150 000 $. It's not much, but they may look forward to this reward.

I wanted to suggest the same kind of thing, daily login rewards and achievements. Of course it already has been suggested in the past, but maybe now that the number of managers is going up again new things can be done (hopefully!).
