The biggest downside and I think one of the biggest problems of the NT / U21 coaches to have information about the skills of their players is because the owners of the clubs to be afraid that your player is selected due to suffer a serious injury in a match, My idea is this injury does not exist in NT / U21 matches or do as is done in the youth leagues, the player who has an injury during the match It is not affected in other matches! To me... that idea quite solve the problem of NT / U21 coaches and would increase the level of teams, especially in U21 teams!
