Subject: Individual orders!

think this could be usefull in order to give more interest into the match and let the manager make the difference by using the best skill of his players.
For exemple:
- short pass
- long pass
- shot at sigh
- run with the ball
- cross in
- hard tackle

....

there should be option in poll like "Regardless of what You choose, it won't be introduced"

my players already have individual orders
for example:
- short blackout
- long staring around
- sudden insomnia
- falling over there own feet
- fighting with the ball
- wtf
- omg

...

My striker gets always this order:
Ow they are running. Why are they running? Look how green it is around here. Let's stay here, I think i never move again.

It dosn't really matter too much, as the game is great enough as it is to me and always will be :)

You can allready influence a lot of these orders, by the way you position and move the players, by the tactics and the tactic orders.

But that is different from what he suggest: if you could tell players to play long ball, then you could arrange them as you like and then have them attempt long passes. What you say implies you need to use specific positions to induce long passes (positions you can only learn after a looot of experimentation), is still less accurate (you can "influence", but you cannot "order"), and it lacks the flexibility of his idea (which would allow us to combine any formation and movements with any instruction regarding style).
So, I'm not sure it is a great idea to introduce this additional layer to tactics, but we don't really have something like that yet, nor any close substitute.

Can I simply have individual orders on all of my midfielders that I never want to see them passing 10+ yards/metres backwards like ever ;-)

The right mid skills, high PM + high form will often solve that passing problem ;)

Individual orders would be nice, if implemented correctly ofcourse.
