Next season is coming and with the new division structure I would recommend to give the opportunity to introduce a second team under certain conditions.
a) You have your "own country" team
b) You can "buy" the right to have a second team somewhere else on the Sokker world
c) You can't do player market within the two teams or you'll be banned.
When I say "you can buy" I would suggest you have to be a special Plus member who gives you the right to have a second team. Maybe if you can pay more Plus you can have more international teams.
That would a great idea IMHO because it allow Sokker to get new funds and to get more active teams at the same time.
Benefit for other managers is to have more competitors, more player on the market and more NT players to be trained.

And what about structuring the junior teams in a different way, with players from 14 to 16 years that will be promoted in the second squad and that will be or promoted in the first team or sold?

Maybe a world competition. The whole world in one competition, a competition just like countries have. And everyone should be able to join this world competition. With promotions and degradations and cup matches. If many managers join, it will become a very large competition with many divisions and leagues :)
The most simple solution to prevent cheating is to have this second team under an already existing name so all financial transfers and other actions are impossible.
Another solution is to make this world competition separated from the current transferlists. So a new transferlist with players and coaches that isn't mixed with the current transferlists. This way money can't be transfered between your own 2 teams.

I do not really think it feasible, the game must be debugged

Exactly that means that people would like to have the opportunity to have second team and possibly they can spend money.
More money on Sokker means more money to spend on bug fix or enhancements.
So sounds realistic for me

not sure is realistic especially so many bans recently for multi accounts ..
dont get me wrong im for second team that will boost nt teams in small countries but i know its not easy to implement .
also not sure even that new structure will be implemented so soon ...
main rule in sokker for leading second team will make conflict of interests between those who will have 2 teams and those that will not.
i still think is unrealistic
